Can not use Video, Radeon Relive, Display Tab in Radeon Setting (Using Dell Xps 15 9575 : i7 - 8705G)

I had a question Before.

The video, relive, and display tabs on the i7-8809G Radeon settings window are not visible on the i7-8705G.

I just want to use Fluid Motion in the Video tab .... Show the Video tab ...
