I'm trying to download this latest driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26682/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-40- Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.40] , but it says "Error: The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Obtain the appropriate driver from the computer's manufacturer. Setup will exit." I've heard you need to download it as a Zip file, but I can't find any clear instructions about how to do so.

I'm confused about the video. It does not start from the beginning. What I'm asking for is this; When you download the ZIP file from the Intel Website, and then a window pops up of your files, what do you do?
