Can't change gaming settings in Intel Graphics Command Center

I'm experiencing glitches in 2 games resulting from being unable to adjust my VSync settings. I have an Intel HD 630 graphics card, which is no longer supported by Intel. It means that my device doesn't meet the minimum requirements for Intel Arc Control; I only have the Intel Graphics Control Center. It seems like Intel has removed the ability to change gaming settings from the IGCC, moving that functionality to Arc. How do they expect people with 6th-10th generation cards to change their settings? Is it just impossible?
