So a while back I had an accident at my university and my laptop got damaged (Acer spire E1-731G) and I had to replace the hard drive with a new one.
Consequently I had to install windows all over again aswell as drivers. When I got down to the Graphics drivers(Intel VGA UMA) I encountered a problem shown in the screenshot:
Here are some screenshots with my PC specs :
I think that the problem is pretty obvious. I'm having issues with installing the Intel graphics driver and I can't find a reason. I've been viewing threads with such problems but I still couldn't find any solutions.
I tried to install all sorts of drivers old and new but neither seemed to work. In case it helps my GPU is Nvidia Geforce 710m.
Please help me with this. I am willing to provide any required information.
Thanks in advance for your time.

Hello Stall1Wow, thank you very much for contacting us.
Sorry to hear you are having problems installing the driver.
I recommend you uninstalling the current driver from the computer and downloading the following driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=24329&lang=eng&ProdId=3711 Intel® Download Center
If you are still getting the same message, I recommend you trying the Manual Driver Installation. Here are the steps: http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033916.htm Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
