Can't turn my Vsync settings on (using Intel UHD Graphics 620)

Hi, I am using the latest graphics control center and tried to cap my intel vsync always enabled. But in-game, I still see flickering and my fps are going over 100 Fps. Thanks for your help.

PS: I linked you a file which shows my laptop's informations using the Intel's SSU tool.

EDIT: I noticed there is an intel graphics update since yesterday. I did it, but the issue still occurs, thanks for your futur help.
