Can the XPDM Vista Driver be made to work in Windows 7 for 82855/82852 GM/GME GPU in an old Dell Inspiron 700m? The old gal still works great, and she is running windows 7 like a champ. The only thing missing is a proper graphics driver.

These legacy products are discontinued and not supported. the 82855/82852 was not supported on Vista.

No, it cannot be made to work on Windows 7. Time to take this old hardware to the recycle station, and join the present with a machine that is supported, preferably on Windows 10. Windows 7 is history in January 2020.
