Can wddm be updated?

I have

Intel® Core™ i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz

Windows 10 Home 64-Bit (19043.1052)

Processor: Intel64 Family 6 Model 58 Stepping 9

GRAPHICS DRIVER: Intel (R) HD Graphics

Version: 10.18.10.5161

Driver Model: WDDM 1.3

 

Can I update WDDM 1.3 to 2.0?

If yes then please guide me.

No, it cannot. AFAIK, this (5161) is the final build of the graphics driver for 3rd gen processors, which were all discontinued last year.
