Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
To better assist you I would appreciate if you could provide the following information:
- What is the graphics driver installed.
- What is the model of your computer?
- Please provide the version of your Operating System.
- What is the resolution that you would like to set?
If you prefer, you can run the following tool to provide your system information:
- Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.
- By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
