Compatibility issue for NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT with DG31PR.

I am planning to buy a NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT graphics card, and I am not sure whether its compatable with my current desktop computer.

My computer's sustem:

*Intel Desktop Board DG31PR

*Intel Pentium Dual Core E2500 @2.50GHz

*Installed Memory (RAM DDR2); 2GB

*32-bit operating system

*Windows 7 Ultimate OS
