Conflito entre memoria RAM e drive de video INTEL

Adquiri um dell Inspiron 3511 com 8GB de RAM. Adquiri mais uma memoria RAM de 8GB da mesma frequencia da que tem no notebook. Quando coloquei essa memoria após fazer a verificação o sistema reconheceu ela, só que quando liguei o notebook após uns 5 segundos a tela ficava escura. Após algumas tentativas desinstalei a ultima versão do drive de video da intel e deixei apenas com o drive de video basico do windows mesmo e dessa forma está sendo possivel usar as duas memórias.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you are having a problem with your new RAM and your Dell Inspiron 3511.

Bear in mind that the "basic Microsoft adapter" driver does not include the customization and features needed and implemented by Dell for their laptop. Since you are having issues with the RAM installed on your laptop, I recommend you check this behavior with Dell so they can confirm compatibility and support for this RAM model.

If there are any problems with the laptop, Dell can help you with the troubleshooting and the replacement process if needed.
