Créer Une résolution

Bonjour, 

J'ai une carte graphique Arc b580 depuis décembre.

Impossible pour moi de trouver où créer une résolution graphique... 


J'ai regardé plein de tuto sur youtube, quand il clique droit sur leur bureau les gens peuvent ouvrir "intel arc control", pour ma part je n'ai rien. Alors que quand j'étais chez AMD j'avais le logiciel de control a cet endroit la aussi. 


Si une personne peut m'aider amicalement !

Thank you for posting in our Community. It sounds like you're having trouble accessing the Intel Arc Control software for your Arc B580 graphics card. Let's see if we can get this sorted out for you. Could you clarify what you mean by "create a graphic resolution"? Are you referring to setting the display resolution of your device? 

Also, which Intel graphics application are you currently using: Intel Graphics Software or Intel Arc Control? If you're using the Intel Arc Control application, could you please provide the version of the graphics driver you're using? This information will help me determine the issue, as some older driver versions include the feature to open "Intel Arc Control" by right-clicking on the desktop, just like this:

Furthermore, let me know the exact graphics driver installed in your system. Please run the Intel SSU report and share the results with me so I can verify details such as OS build, driver version, errors logged at system level, etc.
