Hi, the game is running great and smooth after updated graphic driver, however crash dump occurs randomly in the game, cannot even finish one chapter, may i know the reason? hope it will be fixed very soon, thank you.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
2. Does this happen with other games? If so, which ones?
3. Was the game working properly with the previous driver? If so, do you remember the driver version?
4. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
5. Can you share a video or pictures where we can see the Crash dumping issue?

No, it happens on the game only.
3. Was the game working properly with the previous driver? If so, do you remember the driver version?
For the previous drivers, the fps is too low to play, so I didn't play this game until new driver release.
4. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
I'm using a laptop.
5. Can you share a video or pictures where we can see the Crash dumping issue?

In order to help you further, please try the following:
1. Check with the GPD team to confirm if there is a BIOS update available.
2. Update your Windows version and build, not to Windows 11.
3. Perform a clean install of the Intel drivers:

4. Get in contact with the GPD support team for instruction and support.

1. Completly uninstall and reinstall the game.
2. Change the game settings to the lowest options.
3. Check with the game developer for instruction and settings.
4. Get in contact with the GPD team for support and instructions.
