- Please attach the system report using the Intel® System Support Utility. Download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-
- Is this a laptop or a desktop computer?
- Are you trying to install that driver because you need it or just because if part of the download package of Intel® Driver & Support Assistant?
