Hi, I was downloading a Driver but every time I download it, it says it's deleting some registry keys during the setup progress. It then says Setup Failed to install one or more drivers. Can I please get a solution.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Download, run, and save the results of this utility as a text file:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Then ATTACH the text file using the instructions under the reply window ( Drag and drop here or browse files to attach ).

_xReTr0_, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Based on the information of the SSU report, it shows the Graphics driver currently installed as version 1.7.128.0 which doesn't line up with the Intel® official driver's nomenclature.

Just to let you know, we always recommend to install the graphics driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.

I looked in HP's web site and the latest Graphics driver they have available is version 27.20.100.8280 Rev.S, please try a clean installation of that driver following the instructions in the links below and once you get the chance, please let us know the results:

"Based on the information of the SSU report, it shows the Graphics driver currently installed as version 1.7.128.0 which doesn't line up with the Intel® official driver's nomenclature."

That number is actually mentioned in eg latest release notes:

CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE:
•Intel®Graphics Driver
•Intel®Graphics Driver Installer (1.7.128)

@_xReTr0_

In Explorer navigate to c:\SWSetup\sp104245\ and double-click install.bat
