Difference between 20.19.15.xxxx and 15.45.16.xxxx graphics drivers

I was about to update my Intel HD 530 when I noticed that the drivers in the downloads website was from a different series than mine. The websites lets me only download 15.45.16.xxxx drivers while I have 20.19.15.4474 version. I am not sure if it would be a good move to do it because if I remember correctly I initially installed that version because of massive flickering problem I had, which was solved after that driver was install. Do you think I will have any problems if I go on to install the 15.45.16.xxxx drivers?
