Hello, I have a medion erazer major x10, I would like to disable my dedicated GPU (A730M) and keep just the integrated intel iris graphics to dissipate less power and make the laptop cooler, is it possible from the device manager to do it without any risk? Thanks.

Yes, you can disable your dedicated GPU (A730M) through the Device Manager without significant risk. Go to Device Manager, find your dedicated GPU under "Display adapters," right-click on it, and choose "Disable device." This will force your laptop to use only the integrated Intel Iris graphics. However, be aware that some applications may run slower or not function as expected without the dedicated GPU.
