Update Intel Arc Control

I made an update for Intel Arc Control. Version: 32.0.101.5972

 

Now my external monitor Philips 243V does not run correctly. Color flakes, picture is not readable.

 

Laptop Acer, Windows 24H2

 

Several new starts, but it did not help!

Thank you for posting in the community, I have some questions that needed to help me fully know the appropriate solution to your situation.

  1. Can you tell me the exact system model of your Acer Laptop?
  2. Did you use the Intel Driver Support Assistant to update your graphics driver?
  3. Have you tried the monitor and display cable to a different system? Also, have tried using different monitor and cable?
  4. Did you perform clean installation when you update your graphics driver?

The laptop is Acer Aspire 515-56G.

I deinstalled the update. Then the problem was solved.
The problem was the external monitor, not the laptop. Therefore I had access to the Intel platform.

No further problems accurred.

Hi Dhaniel,

at now I need no further assistance. I use an older driver. The laptop has no problems with the newest driver, but the external monitor shows problems.

 

Therefore I leave it as it is.
