hello stefan! thank you alot this fixed the problem
i have one last question if you guys can help me with
now since i installed a driver suggested by stefan which is an older driver, how do i know when to upgrade without having these troubles again? is it a try and error process or should i stay at this driver forever!?
thank you!

Let's first see whether going back a revision actually eliminates this issue.

I missed that you said you had tried it. Regardless, you could try going to it again (you can always come back to this one if doesn't work). As for future updates, I have a feeling they will be few and far between. Are you using IDSA?

now it says i have an upgrade to (the driver that has the problems before).
im guessing i should keep an eye on it until there comes an update after that one?
