Hi guys

I have just had a new media pc built based around an asus sabertooth z87 board and an i5 4670K processor using on-board graphics

I have it connected to a yamaha RxZ11 and a panasonic TH-50PZ850A plasma

My problem is that if i restart the pc i get no picture unless i connect a hdmi cable directly to the tv and reset the pc then i can connect it through the yamaha again.

I have two laptops with nvidia graphics and neither has a problem restarting when connected through the yamaha and displaying on the plasma.

any ideas

Regards

Glen

Hi Remoteglen.

Can you please post your dxdiag report here? There is some more information I would like to check from your system.

Hi Remoteglen,

I recommend you updating the bios in your system by using the software provided by your computer manufacturer. You can check that at the following link:

After upgrading the bios in your system, I recommend you checking for firmware update for your AV receiver. Once this is done, try installing the monitor driver and then installing again the latest graphics driver from our side at the following link:
