Running a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 540 @ 2.53GHz Processor with integrated Intel Graphics. Wondering if I can rum 3 EXTENDED monitors using a 1 to 3 displayport adapter. Please see full system scan information attached. Thank you for your reply in advance and Happy Memorial Day. 🙂

Your processor supports a maximum of 2 monitors, your laptop's integrated display and one external monitor. You can verify this in the spec sheet here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/43544/intel-core-i5-540m-processor-3m-cache-2-53-ghz.html.
If you really need additional monitors on this laptop, you could add them through USB graphics adapter(s). These will obviously be low performance displays, however.
