Caros,

Lenovo Yoga Slim 6 14IAP8 Overview
ASUS VP32AQ
2560 x 1440 @ 75 Hz
1 x HDMI 1.4
1 x DisplayPort 1.2
I can't tell you why this is the case, but there are increasing reports that newer drivers can only output resolutions and refresh rates via HDMI that are also included in the catalog of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), which is responsible for HDMI. The video timing defined there is called CTA-861.
2560 x 1440 @ 75 Hz does not appear.
However, the laptop has 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports. I would recommend connecting the monitor to the laptop with one of these cables.
- Zeskit MAYA 8K Bi-Directional USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable
- Club 3D USB Type C Cable to DP 1.4 (CAC-1557)
- Cable Matters USB-C to DisplayPort Cable - 8K Ready (201036)
- Cable Matters Premium Braided USB C to DisplayPort 1.4 Cable (201336)
With the DisplayPort protocol HBR2 there should hopefully be no restrictions.
