I have a Lenovo X1 ThinkPad Gen 11. I'm using a Dell Dock (WD19S) along with two View Sonic Monitors. I'm connecting to my monitors with two display port cables.
I had a Lenovo x1 ThinkPad Gen 8 that worked fine with both monitors.
When I upgraded to the Gen11, it will only detect one monitor at a time. Both laptops use Intel graphics cards.
Even using the Intel Graphics Command Center, I'm unable to detect the second monitor. I try to Enable and nothing happens.
I've tried to go to the Windows settings and it doesn't detect the 2nd monitor. Any suggestions?

Have you tried plugging in the second monitor (to the dock) AFTER logging into Windows? Do you at least hear the attach noise?
Have you tried using the HDMI port for the second monitor?
Have you tried switching to the second Thunderbolt (USB-C) port?
Have you checked whether there is updated Thunderbolt firmware available on the Lenovo site?
You shouldn't need to try any of these alternatives, but try them, just in case.
If you get to here without success, I would next be talking to Lenovo regarding compatibility of this dock.
