During Manual Driver updates noticed NO MAP SMS/MMS driver installed

I do not have a celluar phone with service. I do have wifi. I do have a loaner LG Premier Pro. It does not have a SIM card. This machine is a Lenovo Ideacentre 3i  running Windows 11 22h2 at 8g on 64-bit, x-64.

I'd really appreciate the simple joys of freely sending short, quick texts. While manually updating drivers I noticed there is no MAP SMS/MMS driver installed. Looking through Lenovo and Intel I've came up empty handed. I don't kid myself about my technical savvy. If anyone has any advice, I want to thank you ahead for your time and consideration.
