How do I enable 60hz for 4K external monitor? I just got brand new Dell Precision 5520, but I can't use it with my external monitor because maximum is 30hz and everything lags.
Can someone help?

Hello vadikcoma,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
In this case, if you are trying to get the resolution 4096x2304 with HDMI, this resolution is supported at 30Hz and not at 60Hz, you should be able to get that resolution at 60Hz using a displayport cable.
What is the processor model and TV model that you are using?
Are you using any adapters? Is HDMI connection that you have?
If you are using HDMI connection or how you have the unit set up?
Is the resolution you want to get the one mentioned above or 3840 × 2160?
what operating system you have installed?
Please let me know.
Best regards,
Ivan U.

Hi Ivan,
Thank you for your response! I've managed to solve the issue. My laptop has USB-C port and it has to be connected to a monitor via DisplayPort cable in order to get 60hz refresh rate.
Please consider this thread as solved.
