I understand that you have an HP 250 G9 laptop. Since this is an OEM, original equipment manufacturer device, please take into consideration that our support may be limited since we are not familiar with the technology, settings, customizations, custom drivers, and features that the OEM has designed and installed on your system, nevertheless, I will do my best to assist you with your concern.
Furthermore, knowing your processor, and system specifications is a good start, but I could still use more information about your system configuration. Please run the Intel SSU report and share the results with me so I can verify details such as OS build, driver version, errors logged at the system level, etc.
