I have an Intel® Core ™ i5-8400 processor (9MB Cache, up to 4.00 GHz)
Graphics adapter: Intel® UHD Graphics 630.
On the site https://gameplay.intel.com/ru/CPUAndGameSelected/Index/i58400/642078/0/?AGSView=1/
the settings are shown in full hd resolution, but my graphics do not give 60fps. What could be wrong?

2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers, follow this link

3. Please provide a screenshot of the game settings that you are using in your system.

4. Do you recall if you used to run this game at 60 FPS? If yes, did you make any changes before the issue started?
