Facing issue about resolution of Intel UHD Graphics 620

Hi,

      Recently I changed my laptop and Got Hp Pavilion 15-cc123xl , and installed Windows 11 on it but the resolution of my laptop is stuck at 1366*768 on the Hp website this laptop support 1920*1080 but now I didn't change my resolution.

I tried reinstalling the Drivers and Also DirectX12 but all in vain 

Kindly guide me on how I overcome this problem.

You purchased a HP laptop that has a maximum resolution of 1366x768.  Read the description carefully.

There is nothing you can do, when the screen is physically limited to 1366x768.

 

Sorry, but this is a HP problem, not Intel.
