Fail to display when resume from sleeping

I have i3-6100 on a Gigabyte GA-B150M-D3H motherboard,the newest driver yet 15.46.02.4729 for intel hd graphics 530 fails to display when resume from sleeping,i will show it on an attached pic.btw,the screen keeps flickering.

running Windows 10 1703(Creators Update) 64-bit

works fine with previous driver

the square on left corner is the mouse pointer i can even move.

Looks like the same issue described at /message/488746# 488746

 

Try the older driver 21.20.16.4678 mentioned there.
