Failing to Update to 15.33.42.4358

I found out about the Driver Utility today, so I decided to run it, and said that the available drivers are a graphics; Intel Graphics Driver for Windows* on BYT & IVB/3rd Gen (15.33.42.4358), with the installed version of 10.18.10.4358 and the latest version of 15.33.42.4358.

After downloading successfully, I pressed install and after the laptop reboot, and rerunning the Driver Update Utility, it sad the same updates, and going to my history shows the status of downloaded and not installed.

My laptop:

Dell Inspiron 5520,

running Windows 10 Home,

Version: 1511

OS Build: 10586.218

x64 bit operating system and processor

I also uploaded as an attachment a debug file

You are updated. 15.33.42.4358 and 10.18.10.4358 are the same. All that matters is the last four digits.
