Hello,
I have a Dell laptop with windows 7, and there is an error with the Intel HD Graphics.
Its shows an error : "display driver stopped responding and has recovered".
When this massage shows, the screen is flickering, and its happens often.
I tried to search in the community about this problem, and i found similar topics about the same problem, maybe this is a general issue?
I tried to uninstall the intel hd display driver and the dell display driver and reinstall them,
I have tried to install also the intel hd graphics beta driver, but its not working also.
Can you please assist me with this issue?
Thank you,
Liav

Hi Amsalem,
Intel® HD Graphics 520 comes with the latest 6gen processors; the support for Windows® 7 and 8.1 is limited for pre-build systems. Intel offers drivers for Windows® 7, 8.1 and 10 for customized systems.
It is necessary to verify with Dell support website if there are compatible drivers for Windows® 7. Dell customizes our drivers.
Latest drivers on the link below:

Hi Amsalem,
Did you install the latest BIOS and chipset driver? I recommend you to run the System Analysis tool of Dell support.

Hi Amsalem,
I reviewed the results and I noted you are using an older BIOS version and chipset driver. I suggest you to use Dell's tool to update your computer.
The service tab is on the bottom of your laptop.
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Products/?app=drivers http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Products/?app=drivers
Second option:
Select the Auto-detect option.
