Dear guys, good morning and thanks for your acceptance into the forum,
For a while now my video card whose model is visible in the subject of this question has not been able to search for any update drivers, generating an error banner... could you please tell me the reason for this error?
Thank you
Waiting for your kind response, I greet you affectionately
Dodago

Hello Dodago,
Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We understand that when using the Intel Arc Control Software to check for new driver updates, there is an error message, and it fails to find a new update.
While checking the error message, we noticed that it references the Intel DSA set to stop the search for updates. Please note that the Intel DSA is part of the driver package, and Arc Control needs this software to notify you of new driver updates. Please make sure you have the Intel DSA software installed in your system and confirm if it is set to look for updates.
We also would like to confirm the Intel Arc Control version you have installed in your system:
- Open Arc Control>Open the app settings> Look at the bottom center section, and there should be the app version> It should be version v1.73.5335.2.
Finally, we would like to have further information about your system to look into this problem internally, so please provide us with the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
Best regards,
Jean O.

@Jean_Intel.
the problem persists even though another forum had positively advised me to remove all the video card drivers and proceed with the installation again...
So to put it briefly now this problem persists so much so that after another update of a recent driver (31.0.101.4887) i.e. the one on October 6th, it showed up AGAIN....
Now I have run the report/scan with the system Intel SSU that you asked for and I have attached the writing file here...
As for the Intel SDA file, this was already regularly installed before...
I would appreciate your intervention being able to remove the arcane computer mystery....
I thank you affectionately

Hello Dodago,
Thank you for the information provided. We understand that the issue remains after removing all the video card drivers and proceeding with the installation again, even if you have the Intel DSA installed and running. We will proceed to look into this matter internally. We will post back as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Jean O.

good evening, a few days have passed since I posted the problem but to date I have not received any messages or advice on what to do..
I would NOT like to believe that the problem is MUCH more difficult to solve than we wanted to believe.....
At this point I sincerely hope NOT!!
May I know if there are any updates?
Thanks and a good evening
