For me to better understand the issue that you encounter, I need to gather some information. Please help the details below:
- What is the model of your Graphics Controller?
- What is the model of your processor?
- What is the brand and model of your system?
- Are you referring to the onboard Audio driver or the HD audio driver from the Graphics that is rolling back?
- Can you share some screenshots of the issue?
- Which Firmware are you updating? And can you share some details on how did you updated the Firmware?
