Flash cards working but don't show Graphics

This has happened recently after a Microsoft update several problems occurred. I have sorted out the update problems but am left with this. any help would be appreciated

Satellite Pro C50-A-137. All I can do is guess the settings at the moment.

What do you mean with "flash cards"?
