Formatee mi laptop y me ha sido imposible que funcione el driver de video

no se que mas debo hacer para que mi ñaptop acepte el driver de video, ya he descargo e instalado el driver desde intel y desde el administrador de dispositivos aparece pero con triangulo amarillo, no se que mas hacer;

I suggest that you try the following:

1. Download the latest driver version offered by HP.
2. Download the latest Intel driver from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29616/Intel-Graphics-Windows-10-DCH-Drivers.
3. Disconnect Laptop completely from Internet. Unplug Ethernet cable and/or disable wireless.
4. From Apps & Features, uninstall whatever driver package is currently installed.
5. Reboot, keeping Internet disconnected.
6. Install the driver package that was offered by HP.
7. Reboot, keeping Internet disconnected.
8. Install the package downloaded from the Intel site.
9. Reboot.
10. Reconnect Internet.
11. Test.
