I have the new intel arc b580 gpu and only get 30 to 40 fps and get frame drops to 20fps. I use the ryzen 5 5600x as a cpu paired with my graphics card. Why does this happen and can it be solves.

May I know when the issue started? And on what game/games does the issue occur?


And also, what steps have you taken to troubleshoot the issue? This will help me to prevent providing you with the same troubleshooting steps.


Furthermore, please generate an SSU report to help me further analyze your system specifications and configurations. To generate the SSU report, please refer to the article: How to Get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows. Please send me the generated SSU.txt file.
