Sadly this game was AMAZING on ARC A750 - but now the game cannot initialize graphics past the title shotgun image... I'm running the latest RD21 patch and the latest Intel drivers.

UPDATE - Intels Vulkan drivers are is BROKEN. This is now the second Vulkan game I have that cannot initialize graphics.
Editing the settings.xml from Vulkan to DX12 fixed the issue.
PLEASE FIX YOUR VULKAN DRIVERS!!!

I appreciate your effort for sharing information as much as you could. I'm following up with the investigation that we have conducted and we have attempted to replicate the issue several times and found that it could not be replicated even by using the following graphics drivers:
- 32.0.101.6458 WHQL Certified (Latest) - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
- 32.0.101.6449 WHQL Certified - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/844120/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
Furthermore, based on my research on the Steam community and the Rockstar troubleshooting article it appears that the issue is not limited to Intel Arc but to other graphics cards as well. If issue persists, please contact Rockstar support to get their disposition on the issue that you are having.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I tried to get in touch with Rockstar after your suggestion but it seems they really don't want to hear from customers and have locked out
any sort of support request in an infinite web loop where you cannot actually do anything such as submit a ticket
or email ( I tried support@rockstar.com and got a bot reply saying it's an unmonitored email ) or anything else. The best I could do was post a message in their public forums with a title of
"Players Helping Players Solve Common Issues" ... so I doubt they even monitor that.
Thanks for the Steam hint about other cards having the issues it did make me feel a lot better! I purchased it through Epic Store and didn't think to check the Steam community forums. Star Citizen is another title I cannot use Vulkan in, but that is also not just an Intel
issue.
