Hi KIMTAEYEON,
I am sorry you are having this problem but let me help you.
IT is important to say that we as Intel® provide the drivers to the Computer Manufacture and they will design their drivers specifically for their systems.
From our side, the latest driver we have is for win 7 32 bits. You can get it at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3468&DwnldID=23473 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3468&DwnldID=23473
My best recommendations is to install the original Operating System in the device since using a different one you may lose special features or technologies on the product.

Perhaps its fortunate for Intel when companies - HP, Dell, Toshiba and others take the blame (from dissatisfied customers - to realize its Intel's blame.) Microsoft can change their software - altogether make Intel products perhaps appear useless - if they can not use it - its useless
Therefore explains why the many computers I bought - where not completely loaded with Intel - when they were available to use.
Its a waste of time to explain to someone the problem with INTEL Products - it appears - when the intent is to avoid whatever problem I may have.
Once these Companies - or Manufacture's - encounter problems they find other sources - customer needs or change suppliers for profit reasons.
Therefore explains why I wanted a fully loaded INTEL computer, yet I found a large amount of AMD products or others - on the market.
Therefore I found its a waste of time to explain to someone - the problem when INTEL Products - Intel intending to avoid whatever problem I may have.
Therefore I really do not need Intel or a fully loaded product - yet I liked the many products and nice features from Intel products - therefore if I get junk from someone - there is not much difference between junk or nothing that Intel plans to do about a problem I have. Nothing is Nothing.

Therefore the fact is information and products come from some place - seller, manufacturer, Intel, Microsoft, and other.
Yet nothing ventured nothing gained.- Therefore the problem came from yet therefore the solution came from.
When Microsoft changes their software - it can make Intel products and software useless - makes Intel products or others less appealing.

Hi, KIMTAEYON.
I am used this driver too and the result is like you, some apps working and a lot of apps is not working.
We must share this driver and ask to the developer, to make perfect modded driver which is running perfectly on Windows 8 and 8.1
Hi, Kevin.
Imagine this.
If you work in a company and have a netbook with an Intel Atom Cedartrail, and your company tells you to use Windows 8.1 or Linux or x86-64 architecture. Are you going to plead with Intel to create drivers that work in Windows 8.1 or Linux or x86-64 architecture?
If yes, and the answer is Intel:
"At this point, the drivers we have available for your controller is Windows * 7 32-bit only."
Are you upset with that answer? And after further investigation, it turns out Intel will not make drivers for Windows 8.1 or Linux or x86-64 architecture. So, you have to spend money again and buy a laptop with high specification slightly.
If you are upset, we also upset. So why Intel did not want to make a driver for Windows 8.1 or Linux or x86-64 architecture?

I completely understand your frustration on this situation and I would probably feel the same. I will pass this feedback to the corresponding department but I have to say that at this point Intel® plans to stay with that driver support only.

Hi, Kevin.
If you understand our frustration, why do not you persuade the employees to make the Intel GMA 3600 driver for Windows 8, 8.1, Linux, and x86-64 architecture? Come on,,, you are part of Intel, although you most tortured by dealing directly with consumers who are not satisfied. Intel is a great company, and Intel GMA 500, GMA 600, GMA 3600, GMA 3600 and is part of Intel products, if Intel does not take care of such products, Intel will probably lose out to its competitors, due to lack of support from Intel.
Please, make the Intel GMA 3600 series driver for Windows 8, 8.1, Linux, and x86-64 architectures. If Intel makes, maybe Intel will get more profit because a lot of support from Intel.

My ASUS 1225C (N2600) can play Hill Climb Racing
Using Microsoft Generic Display Driver
I also can play "Unroll It" and "Where's My Water? 2" but i forgot to take picture of gameplay.
Hill Climb Racing : Playable
Unroll It : Above Playable
Where's My Water? 2 : Playable, but lag in transition.
I STILL NEED INTEL GMA 3600 WINDOWS 8.1 DRIVER FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE GAMEPLAY.!!!
That's my review.
Thanks.
