When the Intel Hard B560 driver works with the built-in Sky Digital HDTV2012 recipient card
GPU utilization skyrockets by more than 60 percent, and the entire computer experience is surrounded and stuttering
I had a TV receiver available on the GTX1060 before, and I replaced it with the ARC B580
It's too marginal and GPU share is more than 60% causing problems.
There is no way to deal with it.
In summary, Gpu copy soars to 100, always holds 50-60 and slows down the entire PC

- Did you perform a clean installation of your GPU drivers before installing Intel Arc B580?

Hello, thank you for your response. The TV card is still working and GPU COPY is going up
My CPU is Ryzen 5 3600 motherboard Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE
Connecting to 32-inch monitor with HDMI 2.1 port DDR4 RAM installation of 32GB Arc B580 driver
Of course, I entered safe mode with the DDU program and installed it, and the driver update is also in a state of confidence provided by Intel
When the Sky Digital HD2012 receiving card is operated and the channel signal is outputted
Video Decoder is used, and MPEG2 codec is CyberLink Video/SP Decoder H264/AVC1 codec is CoreAVC Video Decoder
The H265/HEVC/HVC1 codec uses the LAV Video Decoder
Maybe these codecs have conflicts or problems with the Intel Arc B580 driver
I'm a bit suspicious
On old GTX1060 graphics cards, if the program you used comfortably runs on Arc B580, it is not stuttering and pleasant, and GPU utilization increases inefficiently
In case you don't know, I'm attaching the Zip file to the email about the Sky Digital program I was using. I hope it helps
I can't speak English, so I'm answering through an English translator, so please understand
Thank you for your help

Hi csh7780,
I'm still looking into the problem you raised, but I have a few questions to help me better understand the issue.
- Could you provide a sample layout or diagram of your setup to help me visualize it more clearly?
- What is the make, model, and wattage of your power supply?
- If possible, could you share the SSU logs so I can thoroughly examine your system configuration?
- Is Sky Digital HDTV2012 the exact model of your TV receiver? I couldn't find any information online.
- Is this the TV receiver you're using [1PCS USED SKYTV HD PCI2012 SDI-HDPCI2012 | eBay]? This is based on my research.
Best regards,
Earl E.

Thank you for your interest in the TV receiving card issue, but I'm going to listen to people around me and follow the Chatgpt advice to reuse the GTX1060 or dispose of the b580 secondhand and move on to the driver stabilized rtx 4060. Thank you for your interest in the meantime
