GPU won’t fit

I have an asrock arc A380, and it doesn’t fit in the 16x slot, is there a way I can flip the fans to the other side so they don’t collide with the power supply?

Thank you for posting in the communities. May I please know the model of your motherboard so we can check if it fits the motherboard requirements for your Intel Arc A380? Would you also tells me more when you mention flip the fans to the other side? I just want to have a clearer picture of how you want your setup to look like.

You could try an extender cable to put it outside of the case...
