Hello, i'm sending this message in hope that someone know a solution for my problem. I have a intel Iris Xe and i don't know why but keep crashing after a white screen when launching Elden ring nightreign. I never had the problem before with other like Elden ring, Dark souls, etc. I've done many many things to make the game launched but the only thing i found is to disable my graphics card and launch the game with the default "graphics card" of microsoft. I've reached out Elden ring support and even them couldn't help me.
I've looked at the event manager and got an error. (I can't put it with the message because the .evtx format is not supported by the site)
So, in hope of having a way to make the game function i'm waiting for response and solution.
Thanks.

There will not be a fix from intel, they will just give you some corporate responses asking you what the specs of your device are before shutting the thread down because the Intel Iris Xe GPU does not meet the minimum requirements of Elden Ring Nightreign even though they KNOW the GPU works fine for Elden Ring's base game and DLC, so don't waste your time here.

It sounds like a driver compatibility issue specific to Nightreign. I’d recommend trying a clean reinstall of the Intel graphics drivers or checking if there's a beta driver available for Elden Ring Nightreign support.
