Gfxv4_0.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I've reinstalled the intel graphics via device manager. Everything seems to be updated, and i've checked to make sure the .dll files were there, and they were. Anyone got any ideas?

What processor model number?

What operating system?

It looks like the errors are regarding nvidia graphics. Do you have nvidia graphics on your device?
