Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard, the Onboard video HD Graphic 4000 will not allow two monitors.

I have a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H Motherboard, the Onboard video HD Graphic 4000 will not allow two monitors. I have updated the driver via windows update, the control panel only show a single monitor, how do I use the second monitor?

Please give me the following information:

What operating system you are using?

Has this configuration worked before?

The brand and model of the monitors.

The type of cables you are using and note if you are using converters.
