Graphic command center shtting down apps

I have  a arc Hd 530 and every hour on the hour.  the Command center pops up a for second and then my screens flicker, and one of the apps  i would have running would get shut down( like if  i am not using it at the moment), or My DOS games get taken out of full screen and put in a tiny winder that i cannot put back in to full screen mode, so i have to shut the game down and restart it.  Also My video studio app and photoshop apps would get shut down.   It only started a few months ago and i have no idea how to fix it.   It there anyway i can see what it is doing on that schedule, or fix the issue?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
