So, I decided to try Windows 11 24H2 (release preview) build, but after doing that, this is what I see now:
The display driver that was installed when it occurred was version 32.0.101.5989 . Used Display Driver Uninstaller before installing it.
However, if I install the Acer version of a old Intel display driver, which is version 30.0.101.1404, then there will be no graphical glitches. I do not wish to install this OEM version as it's missing features and may cause games to be unstable.
This needs to be fixed ASAP before 24H2 is released to the public. Going back to 23H2 in the meantime.

Well now there's no need to investigate the problem, because it has been fixed by the non-WHQL driver that was released yesterday or today, version 32.0.101.6077.

Ok, I haven't actually went back to 23H2, because I have found out why this is happening.
It's because of a Colour Management setting called "Automatically manage colours for apps". Turning it on causes those graphical glitches. It was working fine before I installed 24H2. Here's where you can find the setting:

Hello Xillvion,
There might be a compatibility issues with the driver 32.0.101.5989 on Windows 11 24H2. I understand that you’ve noticed a performance drop while gaming with the driver provided by your system manufacturer. Please note that installing the Intel generic graphics driver will overwrite your selected OEM graphics driver. We recommend checking the OEM website for matching driver versions that may better suit your system. For more information on how the installation of this driver may impact your OEM customizations, see this article.

Regarding your observation that turning off color management may help alleviate glitches, I will escalate this issue to our engineering team for further investigation.

Do you want a video for proof? It's also happening occasionally during Windows startup, but shows up momentarily, even without the setting enabled.

Hi Xillvion,
Thank you for the additional information. While we are currently investigating this matter, I highly suggest using OEM drivers for compatibility. There’s no need for further proof or recordings as the screenshots you provided are sufficient. However, if you still want to send them, it would be highly appreciated.

Hi Xillvion,
Thank you for the update! I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved with the new non-WHQL driver (version 32.0.101.6077).
