I have tried downloading and updating my graphics driver to the latest Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*, but it keeps coming up with the same error message:
And yes, it is the latest update:
Would appreciate any help.

1. What is the brand and model name of your processor?
2. What is the brand and model name of your graphics card?
3. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?
4. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
