Graphics Update Fail (Intel HD Graphics 4000)

So I was trying to update my graphics card for a few games (so they could work again) and this happened.

I have tried it multiple times and it keeps happening. I am on a Dell Windows 8 Laptop(64-bit)

Your first sentence makes me think there is more to the story.

Go to Control Panel and uninstall all Intel graphics drivers you see. Reboot. Then allow Windows Update to find the proper driver. Don't go searching for it.
