I'm not sure if it's drivers fault.
There is a problem loading high quality movies, the movie slows down then speeds up.
After a while, the same movie starts loading.
Unfortunately, this is not the fault of the internet.
Is it possible that the graphics drivers installed are incorrect?

2. Are you using a laptop or a desktop computer?
3. What is the brand and model name of the laptop or motherboard (if desktop)?
4. Is this issue present with any movie you try to watch?
5. What is the resolution of the movies that you try to watch?
6. What is the brand and model name of your processor?
