Hello. I have a problem with graphics, which is why I can't play vanilla Minecraft normally. The essence of the problem is that when you enter the game, everything is displayed normally in the menu without any problems, however, if you enter the world, a problem arises, colored solid backgrounds appear in which the colors change when interacting with the game. The game itself works almost without any problems, the sound is present, other players see me, I can interact with objects, but I can't see anything because of the problem. The minecraft version is 1.7.10, but there were no problems in this version when I was playing on an old laptop with old drivers (the processor was Intel). This problem has appeared in new drivers.

Hello setkg,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel Iris Xe Graphics.
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. Did you try reinstalling the game?
2. Is this issue present with other games?
3. Is the issue present with the driver from the laptop manufacturer?
4. Did you run all the Windows optional updates?
5. Is the issue present with an external display?

Hello setkg,
Thanks for your response. Based on the fact that the issue is present only with the built-in display and with the Intel drivers may be related to the following:
1. The laptop only supports its own drivers, since these are customized to work perfectly with their system. Bear in mind that the Intel driver is just generic.
2. The built-in display may not support the resolution or frequency that the game is trying to run.
I recommend you check this issue with the laptop manufacturer to confirm if there is any compatibility issue reported with this game and to get the proper driver and BIOS for this laptop.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Regards,
Deivid A.

Hello,
intel-arc a770 here @driverversion 31.0.101.5084
i have the excact same issue with minecraft 1.7.10
1. Did you try reinstalling the game? yes
2. Is this issue present with other games? no
3. Is the issue present with the driver from the laptop manufacturer? no manufacturer driver
4. Did you run all the Windows optional updates? yes
5. Is the issue present with an external display? only have external display so yes
my solution for now was to build in an additional geforce graphicscard... but i would be glad to have a fix to play it on my intel arc 😞
kind regards.
@setkg optifine works for me on infinity evolved 3.1 via curseforge (here you have to place the optifine.jar into /instances/'yourInstancename'/mods/1.7.10) and its better. still graphicglitches but some kind of playable.
