Does Intel HD Graphics 4000 support anti - aliasing ? For example can I play games with AA or MSAA turned on without problems ? I've found that older models didn't support AA and Im curious if my HD 4000 can. Please, explain it to me.

Yes, Intel graphics built into the last two generations support MSAA - Sandybridge (2x and 4x on DX9, 10, 10.1, OpenGL) and Ivybridge (2x, 4x, 8x).
Sandybridge covers the Intel HD 3000 and Intel HD 2000 for Core i3-2xxx and similar i5 and i7 and the corresponding Pentium and Celerons with Intel HD Graphics .
Ivybridge covers the Intel HD 4000 and Intel HD 2500 for Core i3-3xxx and similar i5 and i7 and the corresponding Pentium with Intel HD Graphics .

Worth mentioning that 2x runs emulated on SB/IVB in 4x mode, therefore 2x is completely useless because its not any faster.

Thanks ! I suppose that on Ivy Bridge DX11 MSAA is supported too? I know it will be too slow on this graphics anyway, but I want to know
