When I try to run several programs, it tells me that an OpenGCL of at least 3.3 is required and to please update my driver. I am at a loss as to what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. ,

There is nothing you can do. OpenCL 2.0 is all you have.

But that chart also says OpenGCL of 4.6, which is higher than what is required, yet cannot be reached. . .

You mean OpenGL (without "C")
Download GPU Caps Viewer 1.57.1
and post a screenshot from the OpenGL tab
If it says OpenGL 1.1, then check device manager for code 43
Also try the OpenGL demos in this app.

Where exactly do I look in Device Manager for code 43?
Where are the demos?
Thanks very much . . .

There is no OpenGCL. Your graphics support OpenCL 2.0 and OpenGL 4.6.
Which one are you asking about?

Judging from the screenshot the driver is not installed.
Right-click start->device manager->GPU->properties
Most likely you will see there the infamous code 43

So you have a laptop with NVIDIA Optimus i guess.
Install the "Intel chipset INF driver" which you find on the laptop manufacturer's support site to remove the yellow bangs under "other devices".

No, it is a desktop HP computer.
I have updated the drier from the Intel support site but still get the error message.

Interesting, that should not be there if you have only one GPU.
Create a restore point then you can uninstall the MS basic display adapter.
Reboot and check device manager and GPU Caps Viewer again.
In case of issues you can restore from the system restore point.
In any case the yellow bangs must be fixed for a properly working system.

I'm running out of ideas.
If it is a brand new PC, ask HP support.
If it is an old PC that worked properly at some point, revert whatever major changes you made recently.
Otherwise create a report with Intel® System Support Utility and attach it here so an Intel agent can take a look at it.

It has been driving me crazy.
Originally, the PC said I had an AMD Processor, and I struggled with that for a week.
I then did a factory reset, when it started ID'g it as an Intel HD 530, which seems more plausible . . .
I then updated the video driver, which is where I am at today . . .
The utility report is hopefully attached . . .

The SSU report identifies the second GPU as Radeon HD 8830M / R7 250 / R7 M465X
"Microsoft Basic Display Adapter"
PNP Device ID:"PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_682B&SUBSYS_90F31B0A&REV_87\4&1C5A2EA&0&0008"
That matches the product specs

IDK why HP put a mobile Radeon into a desktop, but you must use a custom AMD driver from them
